A calm, intentional start to your day - before the noise, the emails, and everything begins. Join us Tuesday mornings upstairs at Blend.Co for a guided experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move into your day with clarity and ease.
Blend.Co offers a full menu of coffee, pastries, and breakfast items - grab something tasty downstairs and head upstairs to settle in. We’ll begin with gentle breath-work to wake up the body, followed by a guided meditation to bring you fully into the present moment.
From there, you’ll be guided through intention setting.. choosing how you want to show up for the day ahead, and a short journaling practice to help you carry that intention into your day.
This is a space to pause, reset, and create a more mindful start to your week.. whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or simply want a moment to yourself before the day takes over.

Yoga Nidra is a guided, lying-down meditation that invites the body into deep rest while the mind drifts into a soft, dreamlike state. It’s a powerful practice for calming the nervous system, easing stress, and restoring your energy.. especially during winter, when everything is asking us to move more slowly and turn inward. We’ll begin our evening with blue lotus tea- a gentle, calming flower traditionally used to ease the nervous system, soften the mind, and invite a subtle, dreamy state of relaxation. Sipped slowly, blue lotus helps release stress and prepare the body for deep rest.
Yoga Nidra + Coffee
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, allowing the body to fully rest while the mind gently relaxes. It’s deeply calming and supportive during the winter months, when everything asks us to slow down and turn inward.
