Hi, I’m Janae! I guide individuals and groups through practices that support presence, embodiment, and soul connection. My work includes moon circles, ritual gatherings, meditation, and mindful movement.

Lunar Roots was born from a deep longing: for meaningful community, for ceremony that feels real and rooted, and for practices that bring us back home to ourselves. This path has been shaped by my own healing journey, my daily spiritual practice, and life-changing experiences with plant medicine and ancestral work.

My mission is to help you realign with your soul’s truth and deepen your relationship with the natural world. Through Lunar Roots, I hope to walk beside you as you reconnect to your roots - and honor your journey, just as it is.

I feel deeply connected to the guidance of the moon and find joy in aligning with its rhythms through yoga, meditation, and intentional daily practices. The moon has become a powerful anchor in my life - helping me set intentions, track growth, and stay aligned with my highest self. Inspired by this connection, I created Lunar Roots: an inclusive space where individuals can gather in community, explore their inner worlds, and heal through the transformative energy of lunar rituals.
