What a Session Looks
Each session is about 75 minutes and gently guided from start to finish. You can choose to add a longer session.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to check in, this one-on-one session helps you come back to your body and your inner clarity. You'll be guided through grounding practices like breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness tools that support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your own needs.
90 minute deep dive - $122
This longer session gives us space to slow down and listen deeply- whether you're moving through something tender, needing grounding, or simply ready to reconnect. You’ll leave with more clarity, grounding, and tools to carry forward.
Each session is personalized- whether you’re looking to create more intentional habits, make space for self-reflection, or learn simple practices to carry into daily life. You don’t need to be spiritual or experienced- just open to exploring new ways of supporting yourself.
