Lunar Roots brings balance back into the workplace through mindfulness, movement, and meditation. These guided sessions offer teams a chance to breathe, reset, and realign - creating more grounded, engaged, and inspired employees.
Our sessions blend gentle movement, breath-work, and mindful reflection to relieve stress, boost energy, and foster genuine connection among coworkers. Each experience is tailored to your team’s needs, whether you’re hosting a one-time workshop, company retreat, or ongoing wellness program.

• Half-Day & Full-Day Retreats — immersive wellness experiences for deeper restoration, reflection, and renewal. These retreats create space for genuine team bonding, creative reset, and meaningful connection.

30-Minute Mindful Reset
A grounding pause designed for the modern workday. This session invites your team to slow down, reconnect, and recharge through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and mindful awareness techniques that relieve stress and refocus the mind.

60-Minute Movement & Mindfulness Session
This session blends gentle embodied movement, intentional breathwork, and grounding meditation to release tension stored in the body and calm the nervous system.
“Gentle movement” may include stretching, slow flow yoga, or somatic exercises that help participants reconnect with their breath and body - no yoga experience required.The second half of the session focuses on team connection and reflection, where participants are guided through short journaling or partner activities that deepen communication and empathy.

About Janae
Hi! I’m Janae Bell, the founder of Lunar Roots - a Denver-based wellness brand offering mindfulness, movement, and meditation experiences for individuals and teams.
This program was born from my own experience working in the events industry, managing a busy wedding venue and running high-energy celebrations week after week. I loved what I did.. but over time, I started to feel the effects of burnout. My energy was depleting, and I needed a way to stay connected to myself while still showing up for others.
I began leading simple mindfulness and movement sessions for my team as a way to recharge together, and it completely shifted our dynamic - we felt calmer, more connected, and genuinely supported. That experience inspired me to create Lunar Roots Corporate Wellness, so I could bring that same sense of grounding, connection, and renewal to other teams who give so much of themselves every day.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others find balance in their work and well-being - creating space for teams to slow down, breathe, and remember the joy in what they do.
