What to Expect

Each session is personalized, but may include:

All sessions are trauma-informed and accessible, and you’ll never be asked to go somewhere emotionally that you’re not ready for.

A restorative space to pause and reconnect. This 1:1 session includes guided meditation, intuitive reflection, and gentle support to help you feel more grounded, clear, and centered.

90 minute sessions - $111

A more spacious session for when you’re craving extra time to go deeper. We’ll have space for meditation, intuitive conversation, ritual planning, and energy alignment—all personalized to what your body, mind, and spirit need most that day.
