Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to check in, this one-on-one session helps you come back to your body and your inner clarity. You'll be guided through grounding practices like breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness tools that support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your own needs.

90 minute deep dive - $111

This longer session gives us space to slow down and listen deeply- whether you're moving through something tender, needing grounding, or simply ready to reconnect. You’ll leave with more clarity, grounding, and tools to carry forward.
