Monday Reset: A Breath-Led Movement + Meditation Practice

A breath-led movement and meditation practice start your week by coming back into your body.

This class is designed to help you reconnect through breath, movement, and meditation - guiding you to release what you’re holding onto or get clear on what you’re calling in. Each session begins with a simple check-in, followed by light, intentional movement to open the body.

From there, you’ll be guided through accessible breathwork practices to regulate your nervous system and deepen your awareness, before dropping into meditation and closing with journaling and reflection.

The purpose of this space is to help you build a consistent, supportive practice..one that allows you to feel grounded, clear and more connected to yourself as you move through your week. Over time, this becomes more than a class. It becomes a rhythm. A reset. A space where you feel supported, seen, and able to come back to yourself. No experience needed. Just show up.
