A calm, intentional start to your day - before the noise, the emails, and everything begins. Join us Tuesday mornings upstairs at Blend Co for a guided experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move into your day with clarity and ease.
We’ll begin with gentle breath-work to wake up the body, followed by a guided meditation to bring you fully into the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided through intention setting.. choosing how you want to show up for the day ahead, and a short journaling practice to help you carry that intention into your day.
This is a space to pause, reset, and create a more mindful start to your week.. whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or simply want a moment to yourself before the day takes over.
