Join Lunar Roots for a Spring Equinox workshop centered on balance, renewal, and planting intentions for the season ahead.

The Spring Equinox marks a powerful turning point in the year.. a moment when day and night are in equal balance and the energy begins to shift forward. Often viewed as the true energetic “New Year”, this is a time when ideas, dreams, and visions are ready to be planted and gently brought into real life.

This workshop is an invitation to pause, reflect on what you’ve been holding through winter, and begin to envision what you want to grow as we move into spring.

During the workshop, you’ll be guided through a meditation with subtle sound healing to help you settle into the body and connect with your own inner guidance. From there, we’ll create a vision board as a tangible way to explore what you’re calling in for the months ahead.

All supplies will be provided.
