Full Moon Circle at space

Join Lunar Roots for a grounding Full Moon workshop focused on reflection and release. The Full Moon marks the midpoint of the lunar cycle.. a time when the light helps us see what we’re holding onto and what we’re ready to release. The Full Moon falls in Virgo on 3.3.26, an energy connected to self-healing, devotion, and the quiet, sacred work of caring for ourselves so we can better show up in the world. Virgo carries the strong feminine, goddess energy that lives in all of us, but it can also highlight tendencies toward perfectionism and self-criticism. Under this Full Moon, we’re invited to soften those patterns- letting go of unrealistic expectations and getting honest about what’s ready to be healed. During the full moon circle, you will be guided through a meditation with subtle sound healing, followed by a Full Moon releasing ritual. This is a space to let go, be witnessed, and allow the light of the moon to illuminate what’s ready to shift. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease in your body and heart. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, a journal/pen and an open heart.
