Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, allowing the body to fully rest while the mind gently relaxes. Often called “yogic sleep,” this practice helps calm the nervous system, release stress, and bring you back to a grounded, clear state of being.
As we move into spring, this is an invitation to slow down, reset, and create space for new energy and intention.
We’ll begin with a cozy Yoga Nidra experience supported by gentle sound healing, guiding you into deep relaxation and stillness. Afterward, we’ll gather for coffee and connection- time to linger, chat, journal, or simply enjoy a slow and mindful start to the weekend.
No experience needed. Come exactly as you are and let this be a peaceful reset for your body and mind.
