A slow evening ritual to begin your weekend

Yoga Nidra is a guided, lying-down meditation that invites the body into deep rest while the mind drifts into a soft, dreamlike state. It’s a powerful practice for calming the nervous system, easing stress, and restoring your energy.. especially during winter, when everything is asking us to move more slowly and turn inward.

We’ll begin our evening with blue lotus tea- a gentle, calming flower traditionally used to ease the nervous system, soften the mind, and invite a subtle, dreamy state of relaxation. Sipped slowly, blue lotus helps release stress and prepare the body for deep rest.

We’ll then ease into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation and gentle sound healing. I love pairing blue lotus with Yoga Nidra because together they create such a tender, supportive space for deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and simply coming back home to yourself.

No experience needed. Come exactly as you are. Let this be your soft landing into the weekend. Bring a water bottle, your favorite blanket (and a pillow if you'd like) and a yoga mat. Eye masks, extra blankets, tea, and mugs will be provided.
