libra full moon ritual
Exciting news!
Starting in April, we’ll be gathering at Space every two weeks for an ongoing New Moon + Yoga Nidra and Full Moon Meditation + Sound series.
The intention is to create a small container where we can come together regularly and move through the lunar cycle in community - setting intentions during the new moon with yoga nidra (a guided meditation practiced lying down through different stages of relaxation) and releasing during the full moon through meditation, sound, and fire ceremonies.
I’m really excited to build this rhythm and community together.
If you’ve never tried yoga nidra before — or if you simply want a cozy evening with tea and mugwort — join us on April 16th for a Yoga Nidra + Mugwort Tea Ceremony.
For this full moon, try a simple ritual.
Write down a thought, feeling, or pattern that feels heavy or out of balanced in your life.
Safely place this paper into a fire and allow the flame to transform and release it.
As you watch it burn, allow the scales in your life to gently return back to balance.
Spend a few minutes journaling about what came up for you.
Over the next couple of weeks, as the moon slowly begins to soften and fade, come back to what you’ve released whenever you can. Let it be a reminder of what you’re no longer carrying and the space you’re creating for yourself.
Release doesn’t always happen all at once. Just like the moon, it unfolds gradually-softening, clearing, and making room for what’s next.

What patterns keep showing up in my relationships?
What am I ready to let go of in order to feel more balanced?
What am I calling in when it comes to love, support, and connection?
Where am I giving more than I have the capacity for?
