Libra, ruled by Venus, is all about keeping peace, harmony, and balance in your life. Whatever is calling for release are signs to what makes you feel off-balanced. Following your meditation, use this full moon ritual to guide you in your journaling.

This Full Moon in Libra is an invitation to pause and take an honest look at your energy-especially in your relationships.

Where have you been giving too much of yourself?
Where are you overextending, overcompensating, or pouring from an empty cup?
And just as important… where are you not allowing yourself to receive?

Libra brings us back to balance.
Not perfect balance..but awareness.

It asks us to notice:

• where things feel one-sided

• where we’re holding on out of habit

• where we might need to soften, or set a boundary

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how easy it is to give, give, give..especially when you care deeply.
And how much harder it can be to slow down and ask, is this being returned?
Am I feeling supported too?

This moon is a chance to reset that.

To come back into your body.
To listen to what feels aligned- and what doesn’t.
To release the patterns, people, or expectations that are quietly draining you.

And also… to open yourself to receiving.
Support. Care. Presence. Love that feels mutual and steady.

You don’t have to force balance.
You just have to be honest about where it’s missing.

Take a moment under this moon to reflect, to journal, to sit with yourself.
Let this be a reset point..not just for your relationships with others, but your relationship with yourself.
